Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Rafhael Oliveira, responsible for Age of Medieval. Contact: business@brasastudio.com.

What we collect on the website

• News list: your e-mail, the game the sign-up refers to, the date, your IP address and browser (user agent). The IP and browser serve only to prove consent and curb abuse.
• Technical logs: the studio's server logs requests (IP, browser and page requested) for security reasons, for a short time.
• Cookies and analytics: the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and receives technical data about the visit, such as pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type and approximate region. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We use no advertising cookies and never link these figures to your e-mail. To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we use it for

Only to send Age of Medieval news: playtests, trailer, launch and updates. We never sell or hand over the list to anyone.

Legal basis

Your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I; GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

No one. The list lives on the studio's own server (UnderStudio), in Europe, and goes through no marketing service. If an e-mail delivery service is added later, this policy changes first, naming it.

For how long

For as long as you're on the list. When you leave, we keep only a note that you asked to leave, so we don't write to you again.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, ask who it was shared with, and withdraw consent (LGPD, art. 18; GDPR, arts. 15 to 21). Write to business@brasastudio.com. You can also complain to the ANPD (Brazil) or to your country's data protection authority.

Leaving the list

Every e-mail we send has a one-click link to leave the list. You can also write to business@brasastudio.com asking to be removed.

The game

[TO CONFIRM WHEN THE GAME IS DONE] Age of Medieval collects no personal data of its own. Achievements, statistics, cloud saves and online sessions go through Steam, under Valve's privacy policy.

Children

The news list is not intended for anyone under 16 without a guardian's permission.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Important changes will be announced by e-mail to everyone on the list.
